Visited this hotel for a weekend and found the location to be top-notch, with easy access to both the city center and the bus station. The room itself was clean and well-kept, making for a comfortable stay. Staff members were friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had. Plus, the private parking was a major perk for those traveling by car. All in all, a great experience.

The staff speak no English. They were not at all helpful and I would call them rude, since they paid their guest no attention.. Not a smile anything. To me it is weird a hotel is promoting themself in English on Booked.net and then it is impossible to talk to anyone in the hotel in English.The breakfast is poor. The apartment was old and things were broken in the kitchen, but they at least clean everyday. We chose this hotel since they have a pool and it was so hot at the time we were in Mendoza city. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center, which is great because I was able to easily walk to the bus station and explore the city without using public transportation. It also has private parking for those who prefer to travel by car. The cleanliness of this hotel is impressive, and everything was well-maintained and sanitized. The staff were friendly, even though some of them spoke little English. this hotel's facilities were excellent.
